It is IP67-rated and connects through Bluetooth 4.0. It is impressively light - only 7g, but without the rubber strap.

The rubber strap claimed to have hypo_allergic properties which will allow users having sensitive skin to use it with out a worry.
The price of the HRX Edition is INR1,299 and available on mi.com, flipkart & amazon.
So, if you are looking for a good fitness tracker in budget segment and you doesn't really care about the heart rate sensor than don't forget to look out for mi band hrx edition.
