mi band hrx edition fitness band best in budget segment

Mi band 2 successor for indian market is here. The gadget was launched as Mi Band HRX Edition in partnership with HRX by Hrithik Roshan, one of the most famous actors in India. The device offers better tracking algorithm for more accurate monitoring of activities and improved battery life as claimed by xiaomi.

According to Xiaomi, the Mi Band HRX Edition has 23 days of battery life, which is more than 10% update over the previous 20 days. This unit though does not have a heart rate sensor on the inside like the regular Mi Band 2 which will definitely save more power than the previous device.
Other specs include 0.42” OLED screen with scratch-resistant glass. Though the mi band 2 was also claimed to be having a scratch resistance glass on it but it wasn't really scratch resistance for normal daily uses, we have to wait & see if hrx edition does really stands out on that department.  It has a pedometer, monitors fitness and tracks sleep like the mi band 2. It is IP67-rated and connects through Bluetooth 4.0. It is impressively light - only 7g, but without the rubber strap.

The rubber strap claimed to have hypo_allergic properties which will allow users having sensitive skin to use it with out a worry.
The price of the HRX Edition is INR1,299 and available on mi.com, flipkart & amazon.
So, if you are looking for a good fitness tracker in budget segment and you doesn't really care about the heart rate sensor than don't forget to look out for mi band hrx edition.
